Jordan is an experienced entrepreneur in maritime technology with a government focus. From his work in the Coast Guard and with NOAA, to championing his own company, he brings with him a full-spectrum suite of knowledge.

Oscar brings 30+ years of U.S. Navy leadership experience. He has a strong track record of building high performance teams and possesses the natural ability to identify emerging technologies in order to develop solutions that respond to critical mission requirements.

Ken served as a Naval Special Warfare officer and has extensive experience in the defense industry, particularly across the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) enterprise. Over the past 30+ years, he has specialized in leading teams to solve complex national security challenges.

VP, NATIONAL SECURITY SOLUTIONS

Liz brings over 15 years of leadership experience in maritime defense, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across global programs, delivering scalable solutions and capabilities to mission-critical stakeholders. She has a strong background in unmanned and autonomous systems, leading efforts aligned to national security priorities.

VP, DOW AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Al brings 28+ years of U.S. Navy leadership experience in intelligence, information warfare, and maritime operations. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and identifying emerging technologies to develop solutions that address critical national defense mission requirements.

VP, INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY

Andy brings over 30 years of program management experience across diverse organizations, including Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Most recently, he served as a NAVSEA government employee, overseeing the introduction of U.S. technology to international partners through Foreign Military Sales.

SVP, ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Sean brings more than 25 years of international experience across offshore energy, subsea technology, and marine operations, including senior commercial leadership at Ocean Infinity supporting global energy markets. He leads strategic growth focused on advancing autonomous solutions for offshore energy and emerging marine applications.

SVP, MISSION OPERATIONS

Pasquale brings over 15 years of leadership experience in both manned and unmanned maritime technology across the defense, energy, conservation, and exploration sectors.

An experienced executive across multiple tech spheres, Kevin has developed global sales pipelines, cultivated cross-company customer pursuit teams, championed sales effectiveness, and polished product portfolios—resulting in highly successful market development and profitability.

Founder & CEO of Standish Spring Investments and Executive Advisor to Blackstone, Bolze brings with him an electrical engineering background and 24 years of global leadership experience with GE Power & Water, including President & CEO. He also brings an investment background as Global Head of Infrastructure Portfolio Operations and Asset Management at Blackstone, and sits on multiple private boards in education and energy.

A retired Navy SEAL officer, Eric was the commander of all U.S. Special Operations Forces. He currently serves as a Director and Advisor for several public and private companies and non-profit organizations.  

A seasoned venture capitalist with extensive experience in the energy technology sector, Kevin serves as a Managing Partner at Energy Innovation Capital (EIC), a firm he co-founded.

An Investment Manager at Lockheed Martin Ventures with over 15 years as part of the LM team, Jeff leads venture capital investments across a variety of technology disciplines.

A Venture Partner with Advantage Capital, Greg has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute, and extensive experience in entrepreneurial enterprise.

A Managing Director of the Oceans Investment team at S2G, Kate has worked at the intersection of impact investing and sustainability for over eight years. She brings extensive experience and passion to enabling oceans businesses to scale while preserving their mission.

Admiral John Richardson served 37 years in the U.S. Navy, completing his service as the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), the top officer in the Navy. Since retirement, he has joined the boards of several major corporations and works in leader development.

A retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral, Brian acts as current principal at Stable Orbits LLC. He served as the Navy’s information boss (iBoss) during his last assignment on active duty as commander, Naval Information Forces.

Damien Lhors is Group Senior Vice President for  Supply Chain at Vestas – a global partner in sustainable energy solutions. During his 20+ years in the energy sector, Damien has worked in various energy companies in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.  

Vice Admiral Nancy Hann served 30 years in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, completing her service as the Deputy Under Secretary, the top civilian and uniformed position in NOAA. Nancy provides strategic advisory services for private equity, government and academic sectors. 

A Retired Navy Vice Admiral, Paul Commanded the Naval Research Lab, Naval Meteorology and the Oceanography Command, Office of Naval Research.  He was president of the National Defense University as well as Monmouth University, and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

A retired Navy Rear Admiral with over 35 years of executive experience in supporting all aspects of program and systems development of maritime technologies, John is the founder and principal of Blue Native Consulting, LLC. He provides executive program management and strategy development consulting services.

Ray is a Senior Executive providing Board and C-Suite level leadership and strategic advisory services, corporate development, investment, M&A, as well as government relationship and business development expertise across a wide spectrum of companies.
